HRUSInside the apartment the A/C was not working, did not cool . They sent a person to check it out , he confirmed that was working perfectly but was not . Was very hot , in the night had difficulties to sleep. The carpet in the living room was very dirty and stained . Balcony door does not lock.

This place is a rip-off. It's not an actual hotel suite that you book from the hotel, rather it's a private suite that someone rents out independently, to significantly higher prices than the hotel does, while at the same time you get no hotel service. I thought I was treating my family to a bit of luxury (as the price suggested), but it's just a decent suite, nothing special. You can get a suite at the Bellagio for less with much better service. The pool also looks tiny compared to the pictures.
USThis property was perfect for a family. It’s off the strip, but still close enough that we were able to walk everywhere. The host was professional, communication was fast, and the staff was friendly.
