It was a small lovely place. More hooks and hangers will be appreciated in the bathroom, entrance.

Standardized quality, Similar to other rakuten stay while having comfortable stay.

1) The stair case protruding out the side was kind of dangerous as you may knock your head if left unaware. Would be nice if some sort of cushion or protecting pad was added to the sharp edge. 2)Similar to other rakuten, the registration for the stay was rather tedious, would be nice if the process can be simplified.

"Enjoyed this property stay as it is spacious and cozy"

The property is adequately furnished. Parking is convenient and is free, just outside the property. Modern and clean property. Kitchen is well equipped.

The bedrooms are upstairs. Is ok for us but some elderly persons may have difficulty in climbing the stairs.

Excellent amenities. Well designed and equipped kitchen for eady cooking. Great location-with views of rice terraces and the mountains.

Projector tv software needed updating as did not work for Netflix. Very minor point.

"Wonderful place to stay in yufuin."

Facilities in hotel is excellent for family trip. Location is perfect, you can see snow on the top of mountain behind you room. Hotel is valuable.
