The downstairs bins situation needs addressed

Great location modern and spacious Host was very responsive, professional and friendly

This district is a nice area to stay with lots of options for eating and quite central. The apartment is a good size with 2 double beds and is quite comfortable.

Privacy - the front room directly faces a building site with workmen during the dwho can look straight into the front room. Host not responsive when I asked about car parking options. This was unhelpful. Tetms and conditions feels threatening, e.g. 150 pound fine for smoking on the balcony 100 pound fine for leaving the lights on or making noise. This is unnecessary.

Great location, really nice and spacious property. Comfortable for a family of four. Host was also really helpful when I reached out. Has everything you need for a great stay.

Instructions to the entrance could be clearer in the email (indication of the entrance)

Good location

Bedding did not smell fresh, head hair found in main bed. Noise from other flats when entering. Noisy and very little ventilation aside from doors, especially for bedroom 2…. due to heat we had to leave patio open, hence level of noise, workmen worked 8am Saturday, Sunday 7.20am workman using saw and drill in office below us…very rude when I asked why he was working in a residential area so early “because he can” was his response!! Patio area dirty, although we can understand due to work opposite, it didn’t appear to have even been wiped over, very uncomfortable outside furniture.

Good location and very nice flat

The Apartment had not been cleaned before we arrived. Some blood on the sheet of one bed, toilet not cleaned, food on table, bin not emptied. There was only a small amount of toilet paper so we jad to go yo Tesco express to restock.

Beautifully presented Apartment. Fully equipped and comfortable.

Heater in main bedroom did not function. Lighting in main bedroom flickers when in use which can be triggering for some people. No buzzer/ ring bell.

The host was amazing with all my questions and the instructions for finding and accessing the property were very clear. Excellent accommodation, lovely large rooms much bigger than we expected and beautifully furnished and really nice soft bedding.
