La posizione della struttura e la pulizia dell'appartamento!

All'arrivo ci sono state consegnate le chiavi Senza dare alcuna informazione sulla struttura. Noi eravamo in due e c'è stata fornita una sola chiave ( tra l'altro una sorta di passepartout che apre tutte le porte dell'intera struttura compreso l'ingresso alla piscina.). Alla richiesta di una seconda chiave , ci è stato detto che non era possibile e che non era possibile nemmeno farne una copia. Disagio assoluto, considerando che siamo stati lì per venti giorni!!! Non c'erano sedie sdraio per la piscina. La piscina parecchio sporca e tenuta male!!! La TV priva di satellite e digitale terrestre. Rapporto qualità/ prezzo: PESSIMO. Comunicazione con i proprietari molto scadente....Sono anni che mi reco alle Canarie, un disagio del genere , mai avuto!!!!!!

The owner, Carmen is an excellent host, as well as Elena, who manages the property with Click and Collect. The swimming pool in the Community is a dream come true, quiet and beautiful. I will definitely go back!!!

OK Location for the beach but not for people with mobility challenges as it's very steep hill. Lots of equipment to use in the kitchen.

Accomodation to dark .and no sunbeds or chairs to relax around the pool.Accomodation not cleaned until we got there .The owner was very good regards problems .But the agent she employed never met us to explain the use of equipment etc .or facilities on the urbanisation .The apartment has no sun light at all Which is the reason we went to Gran Canaries .Therefore quite cold most of the time .We would not stay there again .3/10
