parking in the street not always easy, pay attention some days parking is not allowed 2nd floor with stairs

Location was good and property was very clean.

Bed in the living room was uncomfortable.

The host was very helpfull and provided last minute a baby chair. This was absolutely great. He was also very responsive for any question or need. The appartment is small but convenient, located in a regular appartment building between the (friendly) locals.

The second bed (convertible couch) is not good to sleep at. For 2 people sleeping in the main bed, this is a good location. The price during the GP at Monza is very extreme (therefore not so much value for money) but we were willing to pay it for a once in a lifetime experience.

good for value, smooth floor, big supermarket in 2 minutes walking, equipped kitchen. Bathroom was ok (except the roach), overall spacious and the bedroom was good.

Roaches! We found several of them crawling on the floor, bathroom and in the kitchen. The air-conditioning was very weak and very noisy, I think it is half broken and hope to be repaired soon. We had difficulty in falling asleep due to the fan sound and weak cooling. The check-in required all four person's personal data and each selfie with ID and was quite cumbersome. Looking for the doorbell was difficult and room door took minutes to unlock(for me the electronic checkin was very hard to follow although I have done it several times elsewhere) The parking spot was also not easy to find. All in all I can not understand this room received 9.7 points and that was very misleading to me, for me the points should at best be around 7. Also sofa bed was uncomfortable.

Very comfortable, modern, clean, well-equipped and well-located apartment between the city center and the train station of Monza, both within walking distance. Lots of closet space in modern, clean furniture. Excellent and fast internet/WiFi. A large supermarket with extended opening hours is just around the corner, a coffee bar is right in the building. The complete check-in and access are done online, no appointments whatsoever are necessary.

There is no dishwasher. Some of the kitchenware only has a count of 4 - you need to do the dishes pretty often. The shower cabin leaks water onto the bathroom floor.

The apartment is great: very clean, large rooms and well-equipped. The apartment is located in a good place, close to shops, the station and the restaurants. The host is very nice and helpful. I recommend this apartment :)

Very clean, very spacious, in a very silent area. Free parking and very good coffee in the corner shop.

Easy check in system, comfy couch bed (we were staying in 4). Clean apartment and nice bathroom in a quiet part of Monza
