"Disappointing it has the potential to be lovely with a little TLC"

The location and space . Could have been brilliant with a little love & care

It started with dirty sheets on one of the beds , we stripped and put in washing machine on site . Owner did come to look and had spare bedding. As the weekend went on we found more faults there was rubbish left behind at the side of the freezer from previous guests . There was mould in both en suites due to extractor not working. And to top it all no hot water for two days as the boiler packed up . I was offered a partial refund which I excepted and would have been satisfied but it never transpired even though I have tried to contact the owner a couple of times . Despite the faults we had a brilliant time for my 60 birthday. As my daughter lives in Horsham we showered there and we used pans to boil water to wash up
