The location in general.

The staff gave us the other apartment by mistake, and I had booked specifically the apartment with the balcony. I called them and asked why they made this change without prior notice, and they never asked! I messaged them several times, asking for their response about this matter and also about the hair dryer and iron that weren't working, and they never answered.

Well located, spacious, plenty of facilities. Nice view.

Quite poor redacted instructions, it's hard to find the door, eg. where it says "on the right" is actually on the left, etc. If you try calling the host you will not receive any response. You'll need internet access when you reach the main entrance otherwise you cannot enter. You are literally on your own, if you have a long stay no one will clean the room, they don't provide fresh towels/sheets. The sofabed is uncomfortable.

The place was disgustingly FILTHY!!! Towels were wet and with stains - even though they were folded in the restroom. The bed was a pull out bed - uncomfortable and with no covers. It only had pillows and a bed sheet. I tried to reach out to the owner for early check in (only 15mins earlier) and there was no response. Please save yourself €200 and do not book this place.

the doors of the building and the apartment have smart locks, it was clean, good location (10 minutes away from the center), the host was very nice

1.!!!!!!you will meet a crazy old woman neighbor upstairs who will yell at you if she hears the slightest noise. I'M NOT KIDDING I couldn't sleep for 2 nights because she was yelling, walking aggressively in heels, putting a fake dog barking on the TV, turning on the faucet and much more 2.the bed creaks terribly loudly 3. Luigi's apartment doesn't really have a balcony, it's a storage room

It felt like home. The host is very cooperative.

Everything was almost perfect.

The owner was not helpful at all. The sofa bed was as bad as it can get. Clogged sink. The worst part is that they requested us to pay 250€ extra for damages on the pillows, remote control and for smoking inside the room. We do not even smoke. Please, avoid this place at all cost.
