Terrazas de La Paz Holiday beach house (Free Wi-fi)

The place was beautiful, and the apartment had everything we needed. It was clean, and everything was in perfect order. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it!

1. Location, clean area. Though not easy to find parking spots 2. The owner. Really responsive and helpful 3. There’s beach umbrella in the flat, which was really useful 4. There was a water dispenser on-site, hence it’s super easy to refill bottles. Also, really cheap, 60 cents for 5liters 5. The view is nice 6. There’s a bus stop right next to the apartment although you probably need to have a car if you want to go anywhere.

1. The stove didn’t work and, unfortunately, we could not use it. Although, the reason we booked was to be able to cook something for breakfast. I guess, we could have used oven instead. 2. If you like soft bed then you would have no problems sleeping 3. Parking not available, hence each night we had parking adventure. 4. There’s a hotel in front of the apartment and every night, pretty much between 7 and 11pm hotel entertainment wouldn’t stop playing loud music, which was annoying. Past 11pm it’s kinda quiet

Nicolas is an excellent host, his attitude's second to none. The apartment has perfect location, close to everything, yet quiet enough for a good night's rest after a busy day. The apartment is fully equipped for long stays too, can't really fault anything. We had an amazing time here

The house is in an excellent location, with a sea view and two terraces. It is equipped with every comfort, very clean and comfortable. The complex has two large pools with a splendid view and a restaurant/bar. The house is close to amenities like supermarkets and the beach, and the bus stop is right outside. Nicola welcomed us for check-in with great kindness, providing useful information about the island and suggestions on where to eat. The complex is very quiet and peaceful. I will definitely return.
