SIX on N - Fluent Serviced Apartments

Perfect location and very unique layout

The apartment is in a fantastic location in Sea Point, just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and cafés. It's also only about a 40-minute walk to the V&A Waterfront. The safe beachfront promenade is a great bonus for morning or evening walks, and having a restaurant within the apartment building is very convenient, especially for guests staying in the self-catering units.

The only downside was the bed. It was unusually high and required using three steps to get in and out, which was inconvenient, especially during the night. Apart from that, I had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend the apartment for its excellent location and convenience.

Nice Area and sweet people

First off, I spent 10 days here recovering from surgery and aside from being a great location (about 10 coffee shops, a chemist, loads of restaurants and groceries close by) the apartment itself was very neat, well equipped and very comfortable. Besides a stove, pots & pans, a full size fridge and freezer plus microwave, there was tea, sugar, salt, pepper and oil. There are laundry facilities which i used twice - very convenient! The service was exceptional- every single person of staff i met was kind, very helpful, open and tried their best. The apartments get cleaned every second day, which is fantastic and the gentle attentiveness of everyone working there is priceless. Will definitely be returning.

Small stains on headboard

Highly recommend for a stay in Cape Town. Staff were really friendly, facilities were excellent and the room was clean & comfortable! In a great location also - was travelling solo and felt really safe!

Studio très confortable avec tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour optimal. Terrasse à disposition. On se sent en sécurité dans l'établissement. Propreté impeccable. Joliment décoré. Très bien situé, à 2 pas des commodités et du front de mer pour se balader.
