Nice size apartment

Cost of cleaning ing was equivalent to a night stay. Lifts were not working requiring walking 8 flights of stairs with luggage.

Kindness, spaciousness, location

The staff were extremely friendly, I also felt very safe throughout my stay because the security was excellent and well managed. The room was exactly as shown in the pictures. The hotel is also in a very good location, close to shops, restaurants, and other attractions, which made getting around very convenient.

What I didn’t like was the late check-in time at 3:00 PM and the very early check-out at 10:00 AM. I arrived at the hotel at 1:30 PM after a 10-hour flight and had already informed the hotel in advance about my arrival time. Unfortunately, when I arrived, my room was still not ready. The staff asked me to store my luggage and come back later. After such a long and exhausting flight, all I needed was to take a shower and rest for a while, but instead I had to stay outside in my airport clothes waiting for the room. Considering that check-out is at 10:00 AM, I believe there was enough time to prepare the room earlier. This part of my experience was quite disappointing.

The cleanliness of the bathrooms. The gym was gross and leaking, and that’s the main reason I booked this property so I am very disappointed

Отсутствие стиральной машины в номере, но они были в цокольном этаже за отдельную небольшую плату.
