"Fabulous apartment with free underground parking"

We found this to be a fabulously quirky apartment in a great location to explore Como and the lake, and the free parking is a great bonus. It has to be said that some of the seating and lighting is style over comfort, that said we loved the generous size and unusualness of the accommodation and would highly recommend it.

What a stunning apartment. Beautifully designed. Loads of space for family of 3 adults. Very boutique and quirky decor. Was great having 2 shower rooms. Loads of storage. Excellent location for the old town, only minutes away. Balcony was small but great to sit with coffee and enjoy the views. Private and secure parking a few minutes walk away..was vital in busy Como! Staff were very friendly and helpful..responding quickly to answer questions and help when needed. Lovely neighbours in the other apartments who were always keen to point us in the right direction. Would certainly return.

"A great apartment in a super location."

We really liked this attractive and spacious apartment. The location was excellent and it was clean and well appointed.

It was just unfortunate that the weather was not very warm whilst we were there. Due to the Italian law about the use of gas boilers we were not able to have any heating on during our stay and it was freezing cold. This made for a very uncomfortable stay which was such a shame as we loved the apartment.

Excellent location, not far from the commercial center but not in the middle of the noisy points.

In summer an AC would be welcomed
