BRFoi pedido para 5 pessoas e não encontramos roupa de cama, nem de banho, para a quinta pessoa. Também não tinha sabonete e tivemos que sair para comprar tarde da noite. Enviamos e-mail e telefonamos mas a proprietária não se incomodou em resolver o problema.

We were very disappointed by our stay at this property. 2/3 heaters were not working. No hand soap, dish soap or sponges were provided. The shower ceiling was leaking. There was a puddle in the kitchen from a leaking fridge. I reached out to the property during the stay and failed to receive a reply.
PLVery convenient location. Impressive size of the apartament. Well equiped. Competitive price. Owner/Manager/Service Desk answered my call around 1am to find the right flat. I'm very grateful but I think it could be easily avoided if organized better (details below).
Customer service need to be improved. 1.We were asked to pay City Tax which was already paid during reservation. I had to clear this up. 2.We had to wait untill last day for details about check-in and we finally got it after contact with Booking. 3.After arrival we entered the right building but we coudn't find the right flat beacause it wasn't marked. We had to call Owner/Manager/Service Desk to find it. 4.Finally, inspite of several contacts with the apartament (very unusual) I never got the name of the person who was contacting me. It would be better if it was even a fake name ;)

IEBeautifully restored old apartment with lots of space and original features. Great facilities and very close to lots of bars and restaurants. Would love to stay there again.
