Ocean View in Famous Cherry Grove 50 Steps to Beach

The condo was close to everything we wanted to do. The rooms were comfy..beds, for the most part, were good but might need to be flipped or replaced soon. Still got a good night's sleep. The kitchen was a good size for 2 of us to work comfortably to get meals ready. Had plenty of dishes but could use a few more frying pans. The 2 that were there had seen a better day. The dishwasher was awesome to use. It was one of the simplest washers I have ever used. Loved it. TV was great in all the bedrooms, but we had a little trouble getting the TV in the living room to get cable. It was great if you wanted to watch Ruko TV, so we watched movies in the living room and any cable programs in the bedrooms. The vacuum that was there was awesome, and I plan on getting one like it. It picked up sand, and it did a super job getting close to the base boards without having to change to an attachment and easy to empty. Also, there were plenty of chairs for the dining room table. We are a group of 5 adults, and most places only have seating for 4 at the table, so that was nice.

1. No carts to help you bring your belongings up or back down at the end of your stay. 2. Having to check and report any damages within the first 2 hours of being there. Had to do that when all you want to do is get settled in after driving. 3. Following all the rules and instructions of renting the condo and getting an email about a complaint from the HOA about us walking around or being noisy. That was on a Thursday, and we were leaving on a Saturday. We felt like we were walking on eggshells for the last 2 days. In the 20 years, we have been taking our group trips. This is the first time this has happened. The email was worded kindly, and it seems that this wasn't the 1st time that this was brought up. But it's still hurt knowing that we are respectful and still have a complaint. But up until we got that email, we were having a great time.
