AC Urban Apartment 5 min to Station

The apartment had a washing machine, microwave oven, electric kettle, clothes iron, clothes drying rack and other modern conveniences. It was spacious, clean and looked new. I was able to check in earlier. The owner was nice.

There were no internal doors in the apartment. I would have preferred a door for the bedroom. While the apartment looked relatively new, the building itself (external facade, stairwell) is old.

It was a nice quiet stay for one night. Clean and easy to access, following the directions for key pickup. It's very close to the train station and private.

I think the high added deposit outside of Booking surprised me but just be careful to review that information and also there is a long list of rules so be attentive. I had no issues and left the space clean. Thank you!

The place was so nicely maintained and had a Christmas touch to it … we really loved the place. Also all the checkin and related information was precise

Good sized, nice apartment about a fifteen minute walk from the old town and less than five minutes from the main railway station.

The room and facilities were beyond my expectations. Everything was there - dish washer, clothes washer, air conditioning eyc. Toiletries were supplied including shaver cotton buds etc. Even the crockery matched. The unit was absolutely clean. The unit was nicely decorated. The quality of the unit belied the front entrance which was average... but it was the old part of town! Public transport to the city centre was good once you got to know it.

At no time did I see the owners. This is not a problem. I found the booking and access credentials cumbersome. Given that I think the unit is excellent, some operating instructions would be useful, particularly for the clothes washer/dryer? Maybe top it off with a map of the city and a fer 'what's on' flyers.

I enjoyed overall stay at apartment. Air-conditioning was life-saving during recent heats, it was clean and tidy, there was basically everything we needed.

Thing to improve for sure is online registration system. It was working slowly and there were issues with scanning ID photos. We also had to wait quite a bit to get necessary answer from owners/company. Also the sofa was much less comfortable to sleep on than the bed. Maybe you can put there slightly more comfortable sleeping mats. But besides that it was a really good spot to visit in Bratislava :)

Very near the train station. Actual only 300m, But Google map shows 650m take a long way around. The owner is very nice and patient even reply and answer phone in the night. The apartment is very new and fashion, all furnitures are use very good materials, looks very premium house, I would say even it is our house, we may not pay so much for the deceration. It is really clean everywhere. The room facility with kitchen and prepared Everything in the bathroom, even shaver for man. I am so happy to live in this apartment and want to extend one night more, But it was fully booked. Highly recommend.

Online check in seems a little completed, and external website requires fill VISA card info for payment, seems risk for guest. The room didn't write clear about how to get the key and which floor and which room, so I have to call the owner in the night.
