Poorly equipped , no btm sheet for soda bed ,bathroom mirror needs putting up .llights in the hall don't work . . Understand the area is being revamped Still noisy at night .

Modern place, very pleasant first impression, quite spacious kitchen/dinning area with a sofa bed, bedroom on a higher level. Very close parking places and shops

It was not particularly clean, sofa bed very uncomfortable, without bottom sheet, so we had to contact the owner and he brought one late in the evening, there was only one pilow for the sofa bed when it was discribed as it sleeps two (a bed in the bedroom area had two). On booking.com pages it says breakfast included. There was not any breakfast left apart from a few tea bags and sugars, 4 little milk pots for coffee (for 3 people staying 2 nights), no coffee. We had to buy everything for our breakfast. The owner said they don't do breakfast but they didn't remove it from the offer (?). In the fridge an old pizza left. The owner appologised and said he didn't know the cleaners didn't clean the fridg, removed it when he came at 10 pm with the sheets. He promised to refund for the inconvenience, but we have not heard from him any more. They say appartment that sleeps 4, but only 3 mugs, plates or bowls. It also said free wifi and Netflix, but there was not any login left, so we could not use any of these.

Easy to find, great location, parking nearby, the space was a good size, and had everything we needed as a couple. Lockbox outside was easy to find and no trouble with the doors either. Good pressure from the shower.

Overnight car park was closed because we arrived after 10pm. Was not made clear that this would be the case - also we got lucky with on street parking and had to move the car in the morning. The room was fine, but not as clean as we would have liked - walls had marks on and could do with a refresh of paint. Bed sheets had stains (and black is not really a very good colour for this). Mirror in the bathroom was in an awkward space at the end of the bath, not above the sink. Noise wasn't great because it was a ground floor apartment, and there was a VERY noisy family in other apartments, who were even trying our door and knocking on it (I suspect they assumed some of their group were staying in our apartment too) - quieter second night, but still noise from front door slamming, and people in the corridor.

Great central location, loads of space, good facilities. Friendly and helpful host. who made it easy for us to get into the flat. Comfortable. Loved the ground floor location.

A bit surprised that there was no kitchen roll and little toilet paper. Easily remedied, however.

It was a very good location very clean and decorated beautifully
