Zouhair was very welcoming and easy to communicate with highly recommend and will definitely be coming back The apartment was very clean and was perfect and the view was stunning

The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. The building looks modern and the finishes are of good quality, especially the bathrooms. The ocean view of the apartment is great. The doorkeepers and front desk people were very friendly and helpful. The apartment is right across the most amazing mosque you can see.

What we didn’t like is the apartment has not been taken care of properly. There is water damage on some of the walls and the ceiling. The kitchen cabinets need readjustments for proper closing and the pots and pans need to be upgraded. There is not enough china or silverware for four people. The gas stove also needs fixing as not all the burners work properly. There is also a strange smell in the hallways. It is sad to see that an amazing apartment like this one has not been taken care of. The kitchen was not too clean when we arrive and we left it cleaner than how we received it.
