"Nice house, good location, fine for our needs."

Nice size, good space. Good location for city centre and sports venues. Clean, some areas a bit tatty, needing attention( silicone in bathroom, bathroom door needs shaving so it opens.) The front garden needs a good weeding to reinstate kerb appeal as does the back flower bed. The single beds, although comfortable had springs that went boing in the night! 100% polyester duvet cover on my bed, a no no for me as it didn’t stay in place and ‘strangles’ your legs. This is a nice house in an unkempt looking area with lots of street litter very noticeable when walking, including the local park.Shame on Nottingham City council and the litterers.

"Perfect, and was a 10/10 as far as we are concerned"

The property was great and met all our needs as a family. It was extremely clean and well kept. The neighbours were very quiet as was the area. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others. Oscar was available when we called with a query and very nicely sorted us out.

There wasn’t anything I’ve didn’t like about the place, it was spot on.
