GROVE HOUSE NO.07 - Luxury Apartment close to the Llandudno Beach

I felt very comfortable and relaxed during my stay . The kitchen was well equipped, plenty of storage space. The property is well situated in the heart of the town, it is near to restaurants and a stones throw from the beach and the famous pier.

There was no freezer compartment in the fridge. So, no ice for our drinks.

Too much plastic and Knick knacks.

Very smart apartment and spotless. Excellent communication from the host. Host had thought of lots of special touches, welcome tray, toiletries, etc. Very comfortable bed. Good amount of storage space for an apartment of this size. Would definitely stay again.

Couple of very minor things, some small water glasses would be nice &although kitchen generally well equipped for 2 people, would be nice to have tea towels provided.

The freedom of the property worked so well for us. It’s in a very convenient location and was stylish and modern inside. A real treat.

We stayed at Grove House for two weeks in May and found the flat to be exceptionally clean, tidy, with modern features and decorated to high standard. Bedding and towels were of exceptional quality!! And the bed itself was extremely comfortable ! Location was excellent for bars and restaurants ( maybe a bit noisy for some people on nights at the weekend, but it couldn’t be heard in bedroom?) Bathroom was great size and again very clean , tidy and nicely decorated! Liked the little touches of body wash, shampoo, conditioner dispensers fixed to wall in shower space and by bathroom sink . Living room was lovely and bright due to large bay window, and the kitchen was a great size with lots of cupboard space , dishwasher and having a hob and oven instead of just a microwave was also a huge plus for us as we were staying for more than a few nights.

These are just little maybe wish list items ? And in no way detract from our overall very positive Experience of grove house. We didn’t find the sofa particularly comfortable , seat too long to sit comfortably ( we accept others may have no problem with it though ?) The Flat was very warm and as it is on the ground floor I didn’t want to have the window open over night , and as the weather was very warm during our stay there , our sleep was sometimes disturbed, but on the plus side we were able to lock the window on a ventilation catch Although the fridge looked new and was of a great size , we were surprised to find it didn’t have a freezer compartment ? This I feel would be a definite advantage if it could be rectified? The wireless heating system kept coming on even when we had switched it off , to be fair to Ben the owner he was aware of this before we arrived at the property and had a heating engineer out before we arrived . However the problem still persisted, but again once we made Ben aware of it he said he would fix it The automatic lights in the hall way for no apparent reason kept being triggered around 3am , ? Perhaps this could be looked at as it did disturb my sleep , but I did forget to mention this to Ben during our stay

Really lovely apartment, very modern and clean. Bedroom was really spacious, and the bed was Very comfortable. Big tv in the front room. Would highly recommend 😊
