GROVE HOUSE NO.07 - Luxury Apartment close to the Llandudno Beach

The flat is ideally located to the town centre, the facilities are excellent my late wife chose the flat last year and this is the second time I've used it. Ideally for persons who are tall i.e. bed and bath, near to the town centre but quiet enough, ameneties in the flat excellent, cooker, fridge, dis washer, adjustable heating if required.

People entering the flats letting the door bang but that's communal leaving. No instrcutions to use tv spent an hour working out how to change channels but the ide f the flat isn't to watch tv. Perhaps the landlord could leave some instrcutions when I stayed it was bad weather and used tv.

Location was fine

Great location, surrounded by decent places to eat, and with Sainsbury’s local close at hand. Apartment is (thankfully!) on the ground floor, very clean and contemporary with all mod cons, but also felt cosy to come back to. Loved the remote blind, and ability to log into apps on the tv. Very nice dressing table area with plugs for the hairdryer etc (not always a given!).

Nothing. Parking could be an issue for some, but aside from arriving on a busy bank holiday, we were able to find space on a side street when needed.

Close to all amenities. Exceptionally clean

The location is excellent. Well equipped.

Cupboards need to have rubber tags on so the doors don't slam, soft close toilet seat required, T.V hard to navigate instructions not clear.

The apartment has obviously been recently updated and was beautifully presented. Deceptively spacious, very well equipped and very comfortable. Great communication from the host when there was a minor delay in cleaning being carried out before our arrival.

Clean, cosy and near everything. Perfect for a stay in Llandudno.
