Lovely clean property! Will come back again

Comfy beds, quiet location off the main road, warm even in the coldest of February weekends! Great communication with the host which was appreciated. Great for getting the tram into the city centre.

It's a big living space with high ceilings so it does have an echo to it. It could do with a rug or two to make it feel more cosy and some lamps that actually work. We could only get one of the 3 lamps to switch on so it very bright lighting without these.

The flat had everything you needed,it was clean nice and warm the bed was really comfy the only negative was the shower could have been better but for short term rental it was ok,the location couldn't be better bus and tram stops outside the house and there's plenty of takeaway all in all a great place to stay.

Great location, clean inside, suited our needs.

We had to provide our own toilet roll. Which wasnt a problem as co-op was pretty much next door. But also not what I would expect from a holiday let

Lots of light in main living area. Next to the tram line so easy to get around.

A whole range of issues with this property. Whilst it was a decent size I cannot imagine sleeping 10 people in there- especially as only 4 seats at dining table. - arrived to find the tumble dryer sat in the middle of the lounge area (picture below) It was on and drying towels so the whole place was boiling. We messaged to ask if there was a fan but no reply. - sheets left in washing machine when we arrived (picture below). - newly installed kitchen and cupboards, plastic still on everything and the building dust had not been cleaned away. Layer of dust inside all cupboards and across surfaces. - paint peeling on doors and holes in walls. - cheap plastic like pillows and duvets, make you sweat like crazy when sleeping. - no kitchen towel, tea towel or bath mat in the property. - had to take in a parcel for the owners and they proceeded to message about its location and ask if we had opened the box days after we’d left. All in all needs a fair amount of improvement to be a enjoyable stay.
