Couldn't be more happy with my time here. Great place to stay at a fantastic price. Loved the cinema room and very grateful for the laundry and gym facilities on site. Room was very clean and well stocked with amenities. 10/10 will definitely be coming back.

It's hard to not seem disingenuous when you can't think of anything to dislike but this is the case haha. Great stuff HNFC!

The location was great, room was an okay size.

The bed was like sleeping on concrete and the rooms very cold even with heaters. Also the water pressure is poor

- Mattress was unbearable - Had to purchase mattress topper to be able to not feel the springs in the mattress - Have had back pain for 3 days now - Identity Verification Fees - Underpass with no cameras as main access route to the city

Property was clean and pretty much had everything that was needed. Perfect for a short term stay and the location is fantastic your in town within a 5 min walk.

The bed was quite uncomfortable and the mattress kept sliding off the frame. Also a washing a machine in the property would make this a perfect place to stay. Also the parking advertised isn’t at the place where you actually is a little misleading.

it was very cute and looked exactly like the photos. i would definitely recommend if you’re looking for a nice short trip to newcastle. easy process to get in and out!

not too much can be said but i noticed some dark build up in the corners of the shower. not so much but it was noticeable. i’m sure this will be fixed once noticed as the staff are great. secondly, the bed was very shallow and springy. you could definitely hurt yourself if you fell onto it. also, no air conditioning! boiling hot and the windows don’t open very wide (i’m sure because of safety reasons), just a bit uncomfortable.

"Perfect little apartment for a short stay."

The apartment was a better price than any of the central hotels that we looked at. The apartment also had more facilities. It was clean and presented beautifully. The hosts were very approachable and answered all my many questions promptly.

We don’t have any negatives.
