ITCasa molto bella con grande giardino e spazio esterno arredato. Gli spazi (sia interni che esterni) erano adatti alle nostre esigenze (eravamo in quattro con due cani). Abbiamo apprezzato molto la disponibilità e la gentilezza del signor Sandro. Consigliamo Casa Fabiani a chiunque voglia visitare questa parte della Toscana.
GBWe stayed one week at Casa Fabiani with the family and it was excellent. The location is perfect to visit Pisa, Lucca, Florence, the beach or San Gimignano, all within about one hour’s drive. The house is beautifully decorated, full of details, very clean and well equipped, also great for children. Sandro was super attentive and in contact with us the whole week for anything we needed. Without a doubt, we would return to Casa Fabiani if we come back to Tuscany.
The only drawback I see in summer is that it gets very hot. It would be great to have a hose in the garden for the kids or a small plastic pool to cool off.
NLThis place is a complete hidden small paradise in the fields.. If you don't know it's there you won't see it! A lovely wooden bungalow hidden in the fields. The garden is huge and fenced off completely, so so your dog will definitely enjoy his or holidays also. The bungalow has a small kitchen with everything in it you might need. All is clean and well kept. There are 2 bedrooms, one is a kids room with a bunker bed for 2, the other bedroom has a small 2 persons bed with a pretty ferm matrass. The bathroom is clean and small. Living room is comfortable, but with the great weather we had we mostly enjoyed the terrace which is great and comfortable! From here it's easy to get to Lucca, Pistoia, Pisa and the beach. Also Florance is only an hour away. We haven't met the owner, but key instructions all are clear and questions replied fast via WhatsApp. Great holiday home for couples, families of 4 with and without dog(s).
The shower/bath is definitely too small and not handy. Maybe it's the Italian way but having a proper shower is basically impossible. The double bed is rather small and pretty firm.

DKCassa Fabiani is a lovely cottage, centrally located, ideal for visiting Florence, Lucca, Siena (by car) or heading to the beach (45 minutes away). Nearby, there are smaller mountain ranges where it is recommended to visit some of the charming villages with cozy restaurants offering delicious local food. The cottage has high ceilings, a cozy terrace, and a large lawn. The decoration is homely, everything is very clean and does not appear worn. The owner of Cassa Fabiani is very helpful, welcoming, flexible, and easy to communicate with.
Top mattresses on the beds will make the night more comfortable. Despite having air conditioning in the living room that we had on for a few hours late in the evening, the nighttime temperature did not drop below 25 degrees, but it was also during a warm period.
