The grounds and location were fine

Very poor condition in terms of decor and furniture. Not a villa with pool as advertised it is a shared pool and no sun loungers supplied. Property needs a deep clean

"Nice holiday with family . No sunbeds round pool to socialise though. No facilityfor a late departure. Would return to T"

Good size rooms with each room having a bathroom.

A bit too far out of Tavira. Not enough info. given by either Booking. com or by email to agent asking about local amenities etc. it would have been nice to have had a bottle of drinking water on arrival. Especially with it being a late arrival and no way of getting a local shop. Also, 25 euros a bit steep to pay for a later arrival so agents know it is late and out of 25 euros can’t even supply a bottle of water.

Ar condicionado em toda a casa, fundamental nos dias de calor.

A casa tem bastantes escadas, o que permite privacidade entre as pessoas, mas a varanda (onde está a mesa exterior, mobiliário exterior e barbecue) fica no primeiro andar, com acesso através de um dos quartos. O último andar não tem persiana no quarto e entra muita claridade.

"Pretty good, could be better"

Good amount of room in villa for four, (maybe tight with 6). Bathrooms for each bedroom (one each floor). Good size gardens. Quiet surroundings. Good sized roof patio space.

Roof patio access through main bedroom. Lack of sunbeds for outside use( around pool). Broken plastic chairs and cheap table in personal garden space. Slightly dated furnishings. Need to advise on cleaning timings.
