Greeted by last guests rubbish on arrival, not enough chairs for number of people, towels not clean - smelt bad so had to wash them all on arrival, no amenities for washing machine (not expected but then why provide washing up liquid etc), obviously visible hair in the bath, soap scum on sink, no tea towels, traffic noise from road was unbearable- couldn't sleep with windows open so very hot and stuffy. Lorries all through the night, but from 5.30am onwards, it was non-stop Little things could be done to make this worth it - 1. Explain about the road noise in advance and give people the opportunity to opt out not on arrival 2. Wash towels and bedding with nice smelling fabric conditioner as all smelt damp and unclean 3. More chairs - sofa for 2 people and then only 3 fold away chairs for the table - such a small thing but purchase 1 more chair for 4 people to sit around the table, or fold up butterfly chairs in addition to the sofa 4. Have a travel cot available 5. Explain the people that have the long let next door are working nights and you may hear them/ have multiple vans turn up in the night/ need to be quiet the next day 6. Shared outdoor space is not really outdoor space - no outdoor furniture 7. Tea / coffee / milk amenities on arrival 8. Teapot! 9. Clean the stains of mugs using milton tablets (cheap and easy) 10 - quickest and easiest problem to solve ---- fans in bedrooms!! Not terrible place to stay aesthetically, just disappointing Traffic was a big problem - all of us, including baby, had terrible nights sleep!!

Only 3 chairs for the table We couldn't work the TV Some additional comfy seating would have been good.

Location was good, property was clean.

Wifi not available, tried to contact someone, no luck, nobody tried calling us back. Did not know if we could use the garden as it looked like it was more for the attached building.

Clean, tidy and parking available.

Road outside was noisy, but we had been working nights and was trying to sleep in the morning.
