Superb Apartment "50Shades" with balcony and free parking in the garage

Whole apartment was new, clean and comfortable.

No criticism at all — just as a small idea and a little extra touch: some apartments provide one or two small bottles of water as a welcome gesture. It’s a simple but very nice detail, especially during warm weather or for guests arriving thirsty after travelling.

The apartment was beautiful, in a very unassuming location, but stunning inside with gorgeous views over Zadar and the sea from both the bedroom and living room windows and the balcony. Cleaned to perfection, had all of the amenities you could need and easy to walk into Old Town. Shops close by and restaurants easily located nearby. Wi-fi was good and availability of TV channels was good. Very much appreciated the dedicated parking space underneath the apartments out of the sun and a safe place to park your hire car. Bed was very comfortable.

Everything was great. We did have to google how to use the blinds (purely user error) as we didn't want to pull too hard on the cables if we weren't meant to, so would suggest a page in the instruction book for idiots like us. Also, would be good to have a few suggestions of local takeaways/restaurants that will deliver to the apartment as we tried a delivery app, but many seemed to not deliver even though they weren't far away.

Underground secure parking. Nice balcony. Comfortable bed. Walking distance to restaurants, etc. Apartment was well equiped.

From a personal point of view shared bedding, two single duvets would have been better. Kitchenette was cramped for eating, only a breakfast bar.

Apartman je prekrasan sa svim potrebnim sadržajima! Lokacija je izvrsna, a komunikacija s domaćinom jednostavna i ugodna. Izuzetno čist smještaj koji toplo preporučujem za uživanje u Zadru!

Krásný čistý a útulný apartmán, příjemný pan majitel. Obrovskou výhodou je parkovací stání v garáži. Do centra je to 15 minut pěšky, v okolí obchody i kavárny. Cítili jsme se v ubytování moc příjemně.
