Superb Apartment "50Shades" with balcony and free parking in the garage

Etwas außerhalb der Innenstadt in einem modernen Wohnhaus gelegen. Aufzug von der Garage zum Stockwerk. Schöner Ausblick über die gesamte Halbinsel (Altstadt). - Supermarkt direkt nebenan. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt im Apartement. Der Gastgeber Mario war sehr freundlich und hat uns sehr gastfreundlich empfangen und uns alles in der Wohnung gezeigt und erklärt. Sowohl der Check-In, als auch der Check-Out waren sehr unkompliziert und reibungslos. Die Wohnung ist in einem absolut top Zustand und sehr modern eingerichtet. Es fehlte einfach überhaupt nichts. Der Balkon mit Blick auf Zadar stellt ebenfalls ein absolutes Highlight dar. Vielen Dank noch einmal an Mario und seinem Vater für den tollen Aufenthalt in Zadar.

Perfect apartment for a visit to Zadar if you have a car. Private garage parking is ideal. Apartment was spotless and lovely touches to make it homely. Everything you need. About a 20 mins walk to Old town. Lovely to watch sun set from balcony.

We had a great time. The accommodation was first class. Really nicely decorated, very new and full of lots of nice touches. The location is great for walking into Zadar. A mini market right next to the building. A Lidl and great Sushi takeaway restaurant about 5 mins walk. A secure underground parking space too. This is the best apartment we have stayed in for a long time. Highly recommend.

It was an exceptional stay there. This apartment is amazing: it is in a modern house with a private parking place in garage and elevator, inside everything is absolutely new and perfectly clean. There is a sea view straight from the bed and balcony of course. It's very well designed, it has all the things you may need (even cotton pads, complimentary sweets and so on), it has even a microwave oven although I didn't see it in the description. We liked the bed, shower was working perfectly. It was a big pleasure to stay there and the price was good comparing to other few apartments that we rented in Zadar. It's really a 5 star apartment! It's just perfect.

Maybe a bit far away from the Old town, but we like to walk, so it wasn't a problem for us.

The host that checked us in was very nice and informative. There was parking in the garage, elevator to get to the floor, the apartment had everything we needed and was clean. It was only a few minutes away from everything. We were only there for one night, so everything was sufficient.

Nothing we didn't like. Just thought the price was a bit high for the accommodation.

В цілому, дуже позитивний досвід взаємодії з власником приміщення. Він також порадив кілька цікавих місць, що можна подивитися неподалеку. В квартирі було дуже чисто, також можна знайти все для комфортного перебування та приготування їжі. Чудовий вид з вікна та балкону на море та центр міста. Район дуже тихий та спокійний, що сприяє гарному відпочинку вночі та ввечері.
