the colleague come to the apartment to fix the heating problem, the room is clean

-the room is very cold but no one make preparation for heating system in the winter time, when i lived in, it was very cold and no additional carpet, even nearly catch a cold, i couldn't stand this coldness and contact with the landlord. -the bed not comfortable, when u turn, you will hear the sound. -the room furnitured looks ok but actually not in good condition and quality

Location was perfect and close to all amenities. Having 2 bathrooms was a bonus and also a little terrace to enjoy the autumn sunshine.

A full length mirror would have been useful inside the wardrobe or behind a door! Recycling was very confusing as there weren’t bin sacks for different items. 11 days is a long time to leave only one food sack.

"A Super Apartment in Cernobbio"

The accommodation was spacious and clean. Perfect location for us to explore the surrounding areas.

We knew before booking there was no air conditioning, however on arrival an excessive heat warning was issued for the area which made the apartment hot. The large fan provided was most useful.

"Modern and Great Location!"

The location was perfect, the check in video and details were great. We also liked the space, having 2 bathrooms were very helpful too!

If there was a full length mirror even on the inside of the cupboard that would’ve been perfect!
