Bacically its ok, but not looking clean old off-white linen Airport taxi available and excess payment taken brake-fast ordered for 8am, they given 9.15 am first they given salt tea ( we ordered tea without sugar) when we compliant , they said sorry and the same ordered by another customer

Airport pickup worked well. The driver was also there as promised in the morning to drop me off.

The experience in the hotel was less than satisfactory. Firstly, they were unable to process credit card payments from an international card, and asked for cash (which I did not have). They were ultimately able to get a card machine which could receive payments in the morning. The room was of a good size. However, the linen did not feel clean and fresh. The bathroom was also dated. There was no proper road leading to the hotel; it was a mud-lined, undulating road giving a very dodgy feel to the whole setup.

The pick up service provided by the hotel at a cost of 500 INR works quite well and is worth the price. I was able to book it over the phone and the car came to pick us up in spite of our not having been able to pay in advance! A chat over whatsApp worked fine. The hotel itself was very clean and the staff efficient and very friendly. Our AC room on the ground floor was quite acceptable - not too small with two windows and very clean with a large bed, bedside tables, a desk, a small cabinet for clothes and a TV. The curtains on the windows were clean but let in a fair amount of light ftom outside. OK for short overnight stays. Staff and cleanliness are the best features.

The hotel shows up on booking.com as next to Terminal 1 but it is in fact  a 6-8 km drive from the terminal. We had booked airport pickup and were told to call the hotel (and the driver) once we had picked up our baggage and we did that. We were surprised that we had to wait 20 min, the driver alerted us to the hotel's real location. At the reception in the hotel we were told that the location shown in the map on booking.com is totally wrong. The owner should do something about correcting the location on the booking.com map but I doubt if any action will be taken. Many before me must have said it. We were scheduled to leave early morning, so "breakfast included" was not to be as breakfast is not served until 08:00 and "packed breakfast" has no meaning. (Fortunately, we were able to cancel our booking.com booking and get a room withoit breakfast included, so did not end up paying for breakfast.) The bed was a disappointment. Springs not too good and the linen, though apparently washed, not too inviting - discoloured and with old stains visible. I was reluctant to get into bed and had an extremely hard tme fallig asleep. There was no proper tea/coffee making station in the room. On asking, we were provided with a tray with an electric kettle, two tiny cups, and tiny bowls with loose tea and sugar. No milk or creamer. Not wishing to ruin the kettle with loose tea, I asked and was given coffee packets. The bathroom was narrow and very small with a shower crammed in between the toilet bowl and a wash basin. Scanty supplies - a small bar of neem soap and two pouches of shampoo. A very small geyser - too small for a shower of any kind. We preferred to just wash up a bit and leave early in the morning happy to not have to use the bathroom much.
