Relaxing 2BR home with Private Balcony in Mellieha by 360 Estates

We like the location because it was very accessible to the supermarket, bus station and restaurants. Good thing that the supermarket closes until 10pm and some are 24/7 like Spar

Only our problem is that cleaning the floor because the dust still coming inside due to the fact that it's also too windy the time that we're there

Großzügige und schön eingerichtete Wohnung in guter und strategisch sehr praktischer Lage. Einfache Parkmöglichkeiten, sehr gute Busanbindung, am Ortsrand - dadurch rasch im Grünen. Umfangreiche Küchenausstattung, dass es zwei Bäder gab war grundsätzlich angenehm, großer Balkon - theoretisch alles gut.

Diese Wohnung war absolut schlecht vom Vermieter vorbereitet: Scheiben total dreckig, wie braunes Milchglas !! (wir haben schließlich selbst geputzt). Gasflasche Herd total leer von Beginn an. Notfall-Kontakt funktionierte, mit etwas Nachdruck kam immerhin nach einigen Stunden Ersatz (mussten wir selbst anschließen). Dann aber am 2. Tag erst für 8 Stunden überhaupt kein Wasser im Apartment (auch nicht in den Toiletten), dann immerhin kaltes Wasser in der Küche, aber nach wie vor keinerlei Wasser in Bädern, Klos, überhaupt kein warmes Wasser, insg. 11 Stunden lang. Grund war die abgedrehte Hauptwasserzufuhr im Apartment - das war alles vorab nicht überprüft worden. Das Erstattungsangebot vom Vermieter war lächerlich, haben wir abgelehnt. Müll vom Vormieter fanden wir, ein Bein am Couchtisch war abgebrochen, spitze Schrauben standen heraus, und andere Kleinigkeiten. Interessierte den Vermieter nicht weiter. Sehr sehr schade.

Minden tökéletes volt, az apartman tiszta volt, és teljesen felszerelt.Már többször voltunk Máltán és csak ajánlani tudjuk, ha legközelebb jövünk is itt fogunk megszállni! Nagyon jó az elhelyezkedés,közel a buszmegálló és két szupermarket ahol mindent megkap az ember amire szüksége lehet. A liftnél először üsd be az emeletet(nem fog világítani)utána rögtön a kódot és akkor villan fel az emelet gomb,és indul a lift, ezt olvastuk, hogy másoknál is problémás volt, csak nem szabad elkapkodni😉

Duży apartament komfortowo wyposażony - kompletnie wyposażona kuchnia, pralka, dwie sypialnie z bardzo wygodnymi łóżkami, dwie łazienki, duży "przewiewny" taras, klimatyzator w każdym pomieszczeniu. Łatwo dostępne, bezpłatne miejsca parkingowe przy sąsiednich ulicach. Tuż obok duży i doskonale wyposażony supermarket oraz restauracja serwująca posiłki od 7.30 do 22.00. Po przyjeździe zgłosiliśmy dwie usterki - serwisant pojawił się dosłownie kilkanaście minut później (!!!) i sprawnie usunął te usterki

Brak sprzętu plażowego do dyspozycji gości (zostawiliśmy parasol, który kupiliśmy, mam nadzieję, że będzie służył kolejnym turystom) i niewiele środków higienicznych. Jakość niektórych mebli nie najwyższa. Przydałaby się też przynajmniej jedna butelka schłodzonej wody dla gości po podróży. Nieczytelna instrukcja korzystania z windy - najpierw trzeba wbić piętro, na które chcemy jechać i dopiero kod windy - z instrukcji wynika odwrotna kolejność. W sumie drobiazgi.

Everything on the listing was exactly as described. Host was quick to reply and instructions were very clear. The area of Melliena was really nice. Very quiet, safe, polite locals and near beaches / other towns etc. We used the Bellview cafe and Wellbees shop a lot around the corner, highly recommend both for food and drink etc. We loved staying in this apartment.

We found the buses to be quite busy and not on time so our recommendation is to use Bolt/Uber for travel and we found that really useful. The TV in the apartment didn't have channels and you needed logins for Netflix Youtube etc but we were exploring most of the time so this wasn't an issue to be honest.
