Luxury beautiful penthouse with amazing views & AC by 360 Estates

Appartement comme décrit dans l'annonce. Les points positifs sont qu'il est très spacieux, facilement accessible et les 3 chambres avec chacune une salle de bain est très bien car nous étions 2 familles avec enfants.

Pour les points négatifs, la taque de cuisson passe en erreur toutes les 5 minutes, le village de Marsaxlokk est très proche mais pas convaincu car zone industrielle, reçu une seule clé (il est vrai que nous n'avons pas demandé une deuxième). L'appartement est grand mais beaucoup de vide un bureau serait intéressant. Une fenêtre d'une des chambre ne possédait pas de rideau et donc beaucoup de luminosité, nous avons occulté la fenêtre avec des valises. Pas de possibilité de garder la chambre après 11h00 alors qu'elle était libre.

I think the Apartment was very well equipped with the main facilities. It was very clean. The location was very closed to the port and the sunset were exceptional. Very close to the main city of Valetta a 30 min direct bus or 15 minute taxi.

No locks in the bathroom.

Standing moyen car literie manque de couverture , oreiller non ergonomique , manque d’ustensiles et d’électroménager minimum dans la cuisine ,problème de fonctionnement lave vaisselle et lave linge qui ne sèche pas , pas d’aspirateur , pas d’ustensiles pour le ménage , fuite baie vitré en temps de pluie ,mur non étanche, isolation appartement médiocre lors de pluie. Chauffage insuffisant. Confort à revoir dans sa globalité

Ammeessa ei tulppaa ja ei siivoustarvikkeita, kuten harjaa tai tiskirättejä. Myös paistinpannu ja veitset olivat huonoja.

Wszystko mi się podobało. Piękny i przestronny apartament z wielkim tarasem. Czysty i zadbany oraz dobrze wyposażony. Winda którą można wjechać wprost do salonu jest super. Kilkanaście metrów od budynku dobrze wyposażony sklep otwarty 7 dni w tygodniu do 22:00. Apartament wyposażony w pralkę i suszarkę do ubrań. Chętnie pojechałbym tam raz jeszcze. Zdjęcia w ogłoszeniu w pełni oddają to czego można się spodziewać po wynajęciu apartamentu.

Overall We really liked the apartment, we had a good stay. the apartment is very comfortable for a group of 6 to 7 people. With private showers and an elevator and AC was good. I recommend the flat.

We would have liked to have a coffee machine and plug adapters. But it remains just an advice for you for the next customers.

The area was beautiful and serene, a true look inside of Malta. It was completely clean and organised. A proper value for money, we couldn’t believe it! The staff (Mathew in particular) were very kind and helpful. I couldn’t recommend this property more!

Iron leaked , had to go and buy one , hairdryer wrong plug so again had to go and buy one . No water or anything at all on arrival
