This place was a nightmare. It didn’t look anything like the pictures. It was very dirty, with mold everywhere. The worst thing was a random beeping sound every 10 seconds. It was extremely annoying, so we contacted the property owner immediately after we arrived. They weren’t able to fix it or even come to take a look. They suggested sending someone the next day, which was unacceptable since it was impossible to spend even one night there. On top of that, the dirt, dirty walls, different furniture, mold, and cockroaches were just a bonus to that constant sound. Never again. The worst part is how Booking reacted to this. They said they couldn’t help us and that we should contact the owner, who refused to give us a refund. We left after just a couple of minutes and never came back. After 30 days, I finally got my money back through a Revolut dispute. My recommedantion about booking place in Malaysia: always rather pay more for better places, there is a big problem with what is advertise and how it look in real life in this country.
