"Modern and clean house"

It was exceptional and modern place

The staff response is poor, We got locked in the property for the whole night and couldn't get out 😭and nobody responded till tomorrow 10 in the morning😰 and it was as issue with the main gate. That was both disappointing. The staff apologized for that, but was tooooooo late

"Great house and location"

The house is nice and spacious with a decent sized kitchen and sitting areas. The location is very good for travel in and out of Birmingham and to Edgbaston cricket ground. The parking space was secure and the neighbours were nice. There wasn't much noise at night and the beds were very comfy, I may have actually slept better here than in my own bed.

The only gripe would be no dishwasher tablets or salt and pepper but to be honest that's kind of standard for this kind of rental. There was washing up liquid but with the dishwasher right there it was a bit frustrating. That said I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Access was easy nicely presented well maintained

Could of been small welcome pack of tea coffee milk etc. Or map of area identifying supermarkets that are close
