BJØRVIKA Opera & Munch Area - By the sea & in the city, near Oslo Centralstation

Great location. Close enough to the action but secluded enough to enjoy peace and quiet.

Alles war super! Die zentrale Lage, man kann sehr viel zu Fuß machen, bei der Ausstattung hat uns nichts gefehlt, Check-in und Kommunikation waren spitze und die Dachterrasse gibt einen schönen Blick über Oslo!

The flat is very nice and close to the train station and the Munch Museum as well as the Opera. Very easy to walk from here and visit Oslo walking. The kitchen has everything you look for and there are supermarkets close by.

The extra bed was a mattress on the sofa so not so comfortable.

The property was clean and location was fine. A few minutes walk to the Munch museum and lots of restaurants around the area. The apartment had a washing machine and clothes airer to hang wet washing.

The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and only a single (not double). I asked if we could make it up as a double as it was very uncomfortable as a single (we were happy to do this ourselves). This was refused as we booked for a family of 3 and the sofa is not made up as a double for 3 people. There was no instructions for the heating. The host was not very friendly or welcoming. We asked for an additional blanket and were flat out refused as only 1 blanket is provided for each guest. Check out instructions mentioned that all appliances required to be turned off (fine), heating needed to be switched off (no instructions on how to do this) and the apartment had to be left in a clean state or an additional cleaning fee would be applied. We always treat any accommodation like our own so the apartment was swept/ beds neat, kitchen spotless etc upon check out. I contacted the host to ask for instructions on how to switch off heating, I received no reply. I finally worked out where the heating/cooling interface was (it is hidden behind the tv)! After check out, I received an abrupt message from the host asking where the tea towel was from the kitchen?! I had left the tea towel in the bathroom with all other dirty towels.
