The location is excellent for central Formby - everything is very easy walking distance and the car parking space means you can easily go further if you want to. Lovely little balcony to sit out on - we saw an amazing geese migration whilst we were sat there (1,000s of geese!)

I am reluctant to be too over-glowing about this property in case it will always be booked in future! What can I say, the host is friendly and very professional, with clear and detailed instructions for entry provided. The apartment is just perfect for us, in terms of comfort and facilities. And it appears that Formby is Merseyside's best-kept secret, a great holiday resort for families and also for professionals, with easy access into Liverpool and surrounding areas. No problem with eating in or eating out, with supermarkets and pubs surrounding the property, which is smack bang in the centre of this quiet and wonderful village.

We cannot complain about anything.
