Très bon accueil, Michele le propriétaire a été très serviable, prêt à aider, apporter des conseils et nous a amené en voiture à la gare ou au port de la Spezia. Le calme du logement avec une grande terrasse. Un petit déjeuner avec de la foccacia.

Le logement est original mais un peu humide.

"Great time in La Spezia, with an amazing host that made the whole experience just that much better"

The accomodation was cozy and unique, being underneath your host also provided hospitality that is unmatched. The host was very welcoming and providing, willing to drive us to bus/train stations and share good spots around La Spezia and Cinque Terre.

The bath/shower is small and was slightly inconvenient for a tall couple.

That it’s was our own private little villa. It’s was very unique and well equipped. Michelle is a lovely host, he goes out of his way to make his guest feel comfortable.

La Casa delle Pietre Parlanti was the perfect choice for our vacation in La Spezia. There was plenty of space for us, comfortable beds, great coffee and breakfast provisions, and Michele is a wonderful host! The location is ideal for accessing Cinque Terre - and Michele was kind enough to suggest a wonderful walk into Riomaggiore, and drove us to the start of the trail. I wish we could have stayed longer! I highly recommend this spot.

There was really nothing we didn’t like. The cottage is a bit of a walk from the train station but it’s not difficult to do - and Michele even offered to pick us up and drop us off!

Gorgeous unique apartment. Great location for exploring the area. Big enough for 2 adults and a 12 year old

Was a little bit damp, but that could be because it’s the beginning of the season and not aired enough.
