Great Service. New house. Helpful team. Perfect for a team of 6 of us on a work trip at the NEC which was an easy enough Uber ride away. Really good response to a couple of queries. The area is developing and there isn't much to do within walking distance (although there is a Lidl and a Tesco) but this house is in a new estate so it was fine for us.

Maybe a bit more instruction on arrival (a house instruction book?) such as how to log on to wi-fi and control heating would help but I get it - this is a new rent. Super helpful and responsive and sorted everything so this is not a complaint. Bedside lamps in all rooms please!

Spacious,pleasant environment,facilities .Host was quite responsive .We enjoyed the stay!

Parking issues .Which were a issue for day or so but finally resolved. Tepid hot water upstairs so bath was cold..Sofa was uncomfortable(too firm).stairs carpet staining isn't inviting when your used to walking in house with no shoes on.

"We all Enjoyed our family stay. Very comfortable and close to the shops which was handy!"

The property was nice and clean, bedrooms and kitchen were spacious for 3 families including kids. Beds were very comfortable. Nice bathrooms too.

Downstairs living room was small, we all (11 of us) could not sit here together. Small things to update - bath mats should be placed in all bathrooms, downstairs there was no towel or hook for a towel to dry hands. Limited parking outside the property.
