Bayside 1st Floor OC 2 br/1ba pool condo close to Jolly Roger/Convention Center

Accessing the unit was easy when we arrived. The location was great. Easy to travel to the beach and stores.

The property is very dirty. The shower had hairs in it. Although the apartment has all the appliances you’d need, they are all dirty. Crumbs on the toaster and the first three plates I grabbed from the cabinet had food on them. The place needs updating as most furniture has tape or rust everywhere r other issues. It’s a fine place in need of cleaning and updating. We did find the beds comfortable and the air conditioners worked well

The neighbors above us were extremely loud.Playing Loud music.It sounds like they were moving furniture.They were up half annoyed

cleanliness who ever is in charge of cleaning the place put zero effort into cleaning everything good. after bringing a cleanliness problem to the host attention she said that was going to send the cleaning person to the house again while we were out but nobody went. i had to clean the poop 💩 on the toilet myself

Comfortable close walk to bars/restraunts. Like the electric grill.

Lock box made it easy to enter at any time. We arrived very late and was able to access the room easily. The location was convenient.

The AC in one of the bedrooms was extremely loud. It made it challenging to sleep.

Quiet neighbor and well taken care of. The condo had AC units in each room, the pool was clean and not overly chlorinated. This unit also has a nice size patio.

It is farther from the beach, but that is very clear from the listing. So we knew before booking that we would need to walk a bit farther or drive to things.

This was a well equipped place. The check in was easy. The pool was clean. Everything was great. The apartment has everything you could possibly need. The location was good.

Pool was nice and I liked the the privacy of being tucked away in the corner

I didn’t like the beds they were very uncomfortable and I’m not sure where pieces of glass came from but I was walking bare foot to the bathroom and stepped on a small piece of glass that got stuck in my foot also the tv in the bedroom to the left is in a weird spot so it’s not really comfortable to watch the tv while in bed other then that everything was great!
