Das erste Appartement war in einen verlebten Zustand. Nach dem Wechsel in ein anderes Appartement war es etwas besser. Aber auch verlebt ! Ein Waschbecken kaum Wasser. Das zweite Bad dauerhaft unter Wasser. Tapeten oder Putz von der Wand. Im Schlafzimmer hat man jede Liftfahrt mit erlebt. Ein anliegendes Appartement wurde saniert, Baulärm auch nachts und am Wochenende.

Location, lots of space, owner's concern for improving the quality of stay, hotel service, nice pool, good wifi, safety and security. Close to Nyali Center, to the beach and to Carrefour.and to Matatu transport. You can go to Mombasa island or to Likoni, Ukunda and Diani.

Upon arrival it was very dirty. The apartment is old and worn out, there were cockroaches and other bugs. A pushy girl who takes care of the apartment but does almost nothing there. Salty and cold water in the shower, which was broken. Something was constantly breaking and there were repairs and people took away my privacy.

Location is perfect. The staff were pleasant all around. Restaurant food was delicious. Uber/Bolt and Tuk Tuk all in a couple mins away.

Run down apartment by that I'm saying bathrooms, kitchen needs updated and the whole apartment needs to be painted. Issues with water leaks in the ensuite bathroom even though twice i reported this matter and twice "plumbers" came to so called fixing it. The apartment was clean on arrival and kept clean by the housekeeping. Amazing view from the balcony.

The lounge was a good size with a good tv The staff downstairs were friendly The pool was a good size

Not enough sunbeds,no pool table as advertised,and no private beach as advertised The apartment needs updating badly,no hot water in the shower or kitchen, toaster didn't work, plug sockets need fixing, broken handles on the patio door and the toilet door, which comes off each time and locks you in if closed. I had to phone the owner to come over and show me how to use the oven !!.the oven tray was dirty when I came to use it, it needs bin bags and a dust pan and brush, no mosquito net in the other bedroom I would not recommend this place or return..

The apartment was well situated for the mall and the beach. The apartment was cleaned regularly and beds and towels changed every two days. Drinking water was provided free of charge. The owner was very responsive when we contacted them with a question.

Whilst the apartment is clean, it is a little tired and needs painting and fittings replaced because they are broken or corroded due to the salt air.
