I felt it lacked utensils to make it home away from home and cleaning facilities

It was clean and tidy and spacious

The noise from cars going pass and the kids running around in corridors and hearing doors keep getting opened and shut

I recently stayed at this hotel in Birmingham. The location was great – very convenient and close to everything I needed. The building itself looked impressive and well-maintained, which gave a good first impression.

I was quite disappointed with the comfort level. Both the sofa and bed were not comfortable, making it difficult to relax or get a proper night’s sleep. More concerning was the condition of the bed sheets, which were visibly dirty when I arrived. I messaged the staff in the evening to address the issue, but unfortunately, I didn’t get a response until the following morning – just before check-out. They did offer to change the sheets and duvet set at that point, but it felt too little too late.

It was exceptionally clean. Me and my husband really enjoyed our stay. They have everything you need. Me and my husband were running late and they pushed out check in back which was really nice of them. I had great communication from the host

Not value for money at all. Where do I start… the area is very dirty and loud, wifi doesn’t work, no shower jel, no coffee or tea, under the furniture is very dirty. We stayed for 4 nights during the heat wave, the apartment was extremely hot. We requested for a fan, they said they will get back to us but never did. We contacted them again they said they can’t provide us with a fan and we have to get it ourselves. The staff are very unprofessional and useless.
