The caravan was beautiful and good location

Very clean, the caravan was situated well.

Paying £60 for linen, £30 per dog and £18.90 per person to access the club for a two night stay after we'd already paid for the caravan mean it became incredibly expensive very quickly. Drinks were expensive, the chip shop quality was poor and I'd honestly say at least 50% of the staff hate people. A quick shout out to Lorraine the security guard who was really good with us (retrieved my wallet after I dropped it) and the children, encouraging them to join in with the show.

It was a lovely location

I didn't expect anything fancy because it is a dog friendly caravan, but it was clear the cleaning had been very minimal. The van smelt musty. There were cobwebs everywhere and there were significant stains on the carpet and pillow protectors. The net curtains were also dirty. The seating had loose cushions which hid other problems. Behind the cushion in the eating area was an old sock, dirty tissue and some old food (mushrooms)

Spacious enough for 7 people. Good location on park.

Caravan flooring was dirty, both carpets and bathroom floors. Previous guests clothing left in wardrobe and food in the kitchen. Sofa smelt strongly of wet dog although animals t&c details only pets allowed on furniture if on a blanket. Outdoor area dirty floors and banisters.

We liked the fact that there was a gate on the deck at ground level, so we could exit without using the steps, as my mother has limited mobility. It was a perfect base for our visit, close to the beach and shops. We were very happy with our experience.

It would have been helpful to have a physical "welcome " folder of information about the caravan, including local information. Although we received information by email, it would make a stay more personal. Oh - and a teapot would be useful!

Not a lot as not much for us to enjoy in the local area. Only reedeming factor for others is that it is a good base to travel out from.

These Holiday Parks are so outdated now. The facilities on site feel like token offerings. The caravan was surface cleaned only. Debris and dust under the beds. Oven trays were greasy and even had decaying food still stuck to them, so no attention to detail on the cleaning. Dried bird mess on the patio, looked like it had been there a few days. So again cleaning and prepping was poor. This has really put us off another caravan holiday. We paid so we could have a holiday, not turn up and have to clean things ourselves before we start.

Superb location in the quietest part of the holiday camp. The beach is a 5 minute walk away (dog friendly all year round too) The caravan is nice and spacious and still looks and feels new

The baking trays hadn't been cleaned so one had pizza bits on it, another had curry spillage but these are only very minor things and easy to sort A dog of a previous guest had obviously peed in the caravan over by the gas fire so it smelt a bit when we arrived but a quick go with some Febreze sorted that out The holiday camp itself isn't very dog friendly. Dogs aren't allowed in the bar or shop. They are allowed outside in the bar garden so fine if its a nice evening.

This caravan was immaculate inside I couldn’t fault it, the double room was comfortable it even had an en-suite toilet. Everything you need is provided. 5 minute walk to the beach which was accessed by steps, there’s a local Chinese take away the food was delicious, a local pub with good beer and a bus stop to get to Great Yarmouth right outside. All in all a fabulous weekend break and would definitely stay again. A very Happy customer .

Decking was great but a bit soiled by the seagulls but to be expected considering the location.

Amazing stay, Bigger than I expected. Lovely and clean, Everyone who worked there were really helpful and friendly.
