Good hospitality

The room was well decorated along with necessary appliances. Moreover, staffs are well mannered and kept the surroundings and indoor neat and clean.

The room heater was not sufficient enough to backup the cold weather.

The courtesy and hospitality of the staff, especially Simpson. They made sure our requests were taken care of. The rooms were clean and also had heater facilities. TV had Netflix, Prime Video etc.

The location wasn't as expected. And we had a bit of difficulty in locating despite having Google Maps to guide us. Would suggest putting up a signboard at the entrance of the lane leading to the villa.

The caretaker at the property was fantastic. Very helpful and enthusiastic. He's also a fabulous cook, which was a bonus.

Though it's about 5kms from Shillong CBD, it took us about 20-25 mins as the traffic was bad.

Location is a bit far from main city. Breakfast was good and caretakers were very polite and helpful. This property is well maintained and fully furnished. They have 3 bedrooms, a kitchen with big dinning space, a living room with a TV. A perfect homestay away from home.
