It was clean.

The owner was always present, smoking at the pateo of the kitchen. We could ear him at 7 a.m. They only speak italian. Viviana was a friendly lady. They don't have a Spa.

The staff did not speak a single word of English. They tried hard but communication was really problematic. The location is quiet so you can sleep well. Apart from a take away pizzeria there are no other restaurants/ café within walking distave

We chose this B&B during our vacation in Sicily, and it was one of the best decisions we made! The owner, Massimo, and the wonderful Viviana were incredibly kind, friendly, and open, paying attention to every detail to ensure our stay was perfect. We especially appreciated the personalized breakfasts that deviated from the typical Italian ones and leaned more towards the continental style - hitting the spot for our tastes. The B&B had three floors, and on the roof, there was a terrace offering breathtaking views of the surroundings and a hill where a picturesque town was located. The rooms were spacious, and the cleanliness maintained was top-notch. An added advantage was its location - right around the corner was a bus stop, making traveling around the area super convenient. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Sicily!

Really lovely place to stay to spend the night away if you have a rental car. The property was beautiful and clean, water pressure was also good. Our hostess Faviana was super friendly and kind. We were asked which kind of breakfast we prefer and we chose salty- sandwiches, eggs and bacon, yoghurt and coffee. The breakfast was better than usual sweet italian breakfast. Overall 10/10 place to sleep to discover Sicily by rental car!

It was a great stay. It was very clean. The host was wonderful, adapted the breakfast according to our preferences and was always helpful. Although speaking only Italian, we found a way to understand each other. If you have a car, you have access to all the west beaches. It was the first Italian accommodation with such a good internet. Wonderful value for money, strongly recommend.

Sometimes it was a little noisy in the morning, we like to sleep late.
