Gold Coast Inn

Unfortunately when I arrived the room with a bathroom attached was unavailable during my stay. This in spite of being confirmed more than 2 weeks in advance by both the home stay and by booking.com. The home stay caretaker staff were awesome and tried to help me find a room. Unfortunately the room at the Sunrise where I stayed 1 night was a shanty, the lady was nice but room at this property should not be rented out. Luckily the kind and helpful staff at Gold Coast helped me to find a room for the next two nights at Safe Landing where I happily stayed for my last two nights in the Yasawa islands.

My stay at Gold Coast Inn was lovely. Warm and kind family. They serve the best food I have had in Fiji. The location is beautiful, peaceful and chill. I had an amazing time here, will never forget.

Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Gold Coast had great food, cute dogs and quality people. Perfect place for a relaxing/recharging experience.

Nothing major; water pressure wasn't the best and there was no electricity in the dorm. But it's a homestay! So for the money, especially as a solo traveler, i was quite satisfied.

Lovely family, bungalows were basic but very clean and had everything you needed. Didn't miss not having electricity to the bungalow, the solar light worked well and easy to charge devices in the main house. Family left you alone if that was what you wanted, or were happy to interact

If you book through booking.com, you need to reach out to them to confirm as well as they didn't know I was coming and therefore didn't send a boat to meet the Yasawa Flyer. In April, that side of the island was quite windy (too windy to lie on the beach), but it was an easy walk across to Blue Lagoon beach (just choose your days carefully - Blue Lagoon beach becomes a private beach on certain days of the week)

We had an amazing stay at the very calm Gold Coast Inn Homestay. The family was really kind and welcoming. They prepared good portions of selfmade local food and offered activities. The Homestay is located directly at a calm beach. You can go to the blue lagoon in approximately 25 minutes. The water pressure is pretty low, as for pretty much all of the islands. We can definitely recommend staying at the Gold Coast Inn. Thanks for having us!
