Sunset Bay B&B

Very inviting staff with warming smiles. Complimentary breakfast was fresh and healthy, very good coffee as well. The attention to the little things such as the plates, cups, coffee/tea pots, silverware holder, art and decor gave a home style feel. The room is basic but clean. The bed is comfortable, the a/c takes a moment but it gets cold, the room is nice and dark if sleep is the priority (we took advantage). TV has access to popular streaming platforms if you have a login. Very nice beach across the street with soft sand and fantastic sunsets (practically had it to ourselves). Lobby has essentials for sale. A restaurant/bar right next door.

Where the electric shower head screwed in had been split from top to bottom so the majority of the hot water ran out the side leaving us with luke warm showers. No seasonings or condiments on table for breakfast. Thin walls connecting bathrooms, can hear your neighbor peeing or showering if in bathroom at same time. Restaurant next door plays fairly loud music until 10pm that can be heard easily in room.

Very friendly family-owned bed and breakfast. Breakfast was delicious and we also enjoyed Virginia's homecooked lobster dinner. Don't expect super fancy rooms, but price is fair value. The location is also convenient when you want to catch the boat to/from little corn or a flight next day and you can enjoy beautiful sunsets from the beach right in front.

Business partners & friends Georgia & Virginia are both lovely ladies who go out of their way to make your stay the best experience possible. All the little extra touches & constant upkeep on their property are greatly appreciated. Our room was a good size as was the bath. The a/c & fan worked well (even provided with a battery option in case of power outage) the bed was comfortable. The grounds are nice & there are options for outdoor sitting/lying, right across the quiet street from a nice, clean sandy beach. The breakfasts were amazing! Something different, delicious & creative every morning. Ice cold beverages for sale at good prices too! I can’t say enough about how wonderful this property & the owners are

Fantastic Stay in a great location right on the beach front. really comfortable clean room, great AC and good wifi. Breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever had, and wonderful hostess, who was extremely accommodating helping with our travel plans. The outside area is lovely to relax in with chairs and a hammock.

What not to like about this place? The ladies who run the place are kind, professional, friendly and laid back . They let me check in early and was very kind and professional throughout. This is a nice establishment too, with clean rooms, a nice lounge to hang out. Good breakfast included. Check out the bar next door. People should stay a bit longer on Big Corn Island!

I wish the beach in front was not so windy and a swimming pool would have been nice but these are my wish list. They take nothing away from this nice establishment.

Our hosts were fabulous! Friendly, accommodating, helpful with anything we asked. Went above and beyond with fresh and nutritious breakfast and offered to make dinner one night. Extra beach towel provided. Called for taxis' when needed. Room was very clean and air conditioned. Shampoo and soap provided. Smelled very clean and inviting! Common areas were inviting and welcoming. Definitely would recommend staying here...Virginia will make you feel welcome and comfortable!!
