El apartamento es precioso, la ubicación es perfecta ya que está enfrente de la playa pero no se escucha ruido de los restaurantes del paseo, es pequeñito pero para una pareja es perfecto, tiene todo lo necesario para cocinar y además hay sillas de playa (cómodas) y sombrilla. Rosa fue muy amable y nos dió flexibilidad a la hora de entrar cosa que se agradece mucho. Repetiremos sin duda porque Villajoyosa es preciosa.

Could of used the divider between the bedroom and lounge a bit cleverer to incorporate hanging clothes storage

"Exceptional"

Staying at Raco del Mar was a beautiful experience for me and my friends. The house is right in front of the beach, and only a couple of minutes walk from the town centre. There are numerous restaurants nearby, and prices are generally affordable. The host also provided a small table and chairs for sitting outside, along with beach chairs and a parasol. We had a fantastic time, surrounded by great people and relaxing in a friendly small town!

"Superb… for me this has to be one of the best locations in Villajoyosa and we will definitely return again."

The perfect beachfront location, loved being able to sit outside for breakfast looking out to the sea. A very compact property but there was everything you could need and more, Rosa & Tomás couldn’t do enough for us, great communication before & during our stay.

Everything was perfect.
