The property is located above the Arcadian plaza; potentially, you can hear noise from the outside street. We've added curtains to minimize the coming in from the outside. Smoking on the property will incur an additional charge of GBP 150. Please note that visitors are not permitted to access the property. Guests are required to clean the accommodations prior to departure. Alternatively, a cleaning service is available for an additional charge of GBP 100. £30 service/management fee = covers up to £200 in damages from the deposit waiver pool.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
