The whole apartment is so clean

We didn’t like the property

Noisey and disgusting we had to clean the room ours self when we arrived. The parking was terrible had to park two streets away. It was a shared bathroom but people left it in a bad mess

Nothing

Everything. The structure of the room was very poor. The bedside lamp was too far and out of place. The tv didn’t work. The light in the toilet didn’t work. On the first night I was woken up by loud knocks on the door at 2.00am because they didn’t have access to the key. I was then messaged by the owner asking me to open the door (I have screenshots). My 3yr old had woken up because of this fiasco and struggled all night to sleep turning ill the next day. It was absolutely a horrible experience and I will NEVER stay here again.

The location was great - lots of places to get food, supplies and public transport. Kitchen clean and well equipped. Beds very comfortable. Bathrooms clean and pleasant

They key wasn't in the key safe when we got there - but another guest let us in. The front bedroom needed a lampshade as the bare bulb was bright and in your eyes when lying down. There was no hanging space for clothes.

No TV, unclean bathroom, no heating control,

there was no communication from the host on how to check in, waited 30 minutes outside the house the phone number goes straight to voicemail. someone staying in the home had to let us in. we didn’t know which room to be in - instructions in the room to check out was to put the key in the lockbox but we never got a code or a message back from the host. none of the messages we sent were ever answered.
