"When ur on the 29th floor it’s hard to get on the elevator to go down and back up always packed and slow"

It had a great view and the room was great

the floors wasn’t clean and we went 3 days without a wash and dryer and the elevators where always packed and slow. Took us 30 mins to get get down and then same back up

Beautiful view very helpful host

The elevators are under construction just would be nice for heads up for wait time. The dryer in the room sounds terrible, needs to be fixed. Nothing you can’t overlook and still enjoy your time.

Beautiful beach, great amenities

The room itself wasn’t very clean. The floors were dirty, the bathroom smelled of mildew and urine. We went out and purchased new sheets as theirs were stained. We had ants in the kitchen. Honestly not very sure the room was cleaned before our arrival. The resort was beautiful and we made it work
