Twin Room - Botanic, Belfast

The location was fantastic & quiet...the house itself was spotless , clean, colourful & bright. Although shared bathroom there was 3 of them & 2 on our 1st floor. The twin room itself was ample size & 1 of the most comfortable beds i have ever slept in. The bathrooms were well equipped & although the hot water did go on/off once in the 2 l had on my short trip l can't fault the property overall...... The woman cleaner l spoke to both mornings was local which was great as l was able to have a little chat with her, a very pleasant woman who was most cheerful & smiley... If staying on a short stay in Belfast again l will most definitely consider this property, be foolish not to such was the very reasonable cost.

The only issue l had on my short stay was using the upstairs bathroom, the toilet wasn't very secure & when sitting down did move around quite a lot...

Very close to Botanic trainstation, easy to find. There were other guests, but barely saw them so it felt like I had the whole place for myself. Comfi bed, good shower, nice kitchen. I was there only 2 nights but think it also could be perfect for longer stay. Glad I changed my booking to this place!

Tiny note: maybe color the keys for front door and room, I kept mixing them up!

Easy instructions on how to check in/ collect keys and toilet were close and always clean. Comfortable beds and good kitchen, complimentary coffee, biscuits. Close to the centre.

Good value for money. Budget accommodation, but warm, very clean and tidy. Great location - very close to bus stop and Metro and eating establishments. Easy check-in with key safe codes once I re requested this information.

Missing instructions for how to get hot water happening in bathroom. Would be good to know, if not already stated, that access to rooms is via a steep, narrow staircase.

The hot water was not always available, and the Wi-Fi only worked at times. Other than that, the location and room comfort were good.

We enjoyed staying at 44 Cromwell Road! Since we were out all day, this budget option was perfect for us and we did not mind sharing the bathrooms that were spotless most of the times. At that time, several other guests were staying there as well, but overall everyone was very respectful/quiet. Our room was very clean/cozy, the heating worked well, and we appreciated the comfy beds. The staff was very friendly and responded swiftly to all our requests, smooth check-in/out process. We felt safe in the area and appreciated all the recommendations for nearby restaurants/bars. All in all, we were very happy with this place and would def stay there again!

On our last night, there was no (hot) water in the bathrooms/kitchen. The staff informed us that this was due to a water supply issue in the whole area. The next morning the problem was solved, hence, ok for us. The water pressure was not the best and also the (bath)rooms could use more hangers and shelf spaces. Yet, frankly, it did not affect us that much. Again, we were very pleased with this experience!
