"Not a family hotel to stay in"

Great location

Staff was lazy and hotel seemed like a place where drug dealers are based. Coming out from the hotel for early breakfast and finding a group of people drinking beers and cocktails is not great

the beds were very comfortable and the location of the hotel was great. Reception staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The room was poor. Repairs on the walls and not been painted over, could not get toilet paper out of the dispenser, the bathroom was in a sort of cupboard, had to drag suitcases up two flights of stairs as lift did not go to the top. The guy serving coffee in the bar was very rude. Not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel. ive stayed in nicer 3 star places.
